The SteelSeries Product Review Sweepstakes is a promotional campaign designed to encourage verified customers to leave product reviews on the BazaarVoice platform. The promotion is structured as a sweepstakes and complies with applicable legal frameworks governing chance-based prize promotions.
The SteelSeries Product Review Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, who are at least the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions as of the date of entry. 本懸賞キャンペーンは、2025 年 3 月 17 日 00:00（米国中部標準時）に開始し、2025 年 6 月 30 日 23:59（米国中部標準時）に終了します（以下「懸賞キャンペーン期間」）。
Customers who make a purchase will be invited to leave a review on the BazaarVoice platform hosted on https://steelseries.com. Reviews that meet all criteria, are submitted through the designated form, and include security confirmation via a follow-up email will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. Each review for a unique product (i.e., no duplicate reviews for the same product) counts as one entry. Limit one (1) entry per unique product per person. Attempting to review the same product multiple times will not increase chances of winning and may result in disqualification.
2025 年 7 月 5 日またはその前後において、懸賞キャンペーン期間中に受け取ったすべての適格な応募の中から無作為抽出を行います。The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided during review submission. The winner must respond within five (5) business days of the date the notification email was sent to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time, ineligibility, or declining the prize will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (up to three alternate drawings). Prizes will be delivered within 4–6 weeks of confirmation.
By entering the Sweepstakes (except where prohibited by law), each entrant grants the Sweepstakes Entities the irrevocable, sublicensable, absolute right and permission to use, publish, post, or display their name, likeness, voice, prize information, biographical information, quotes, and other personal attributes for promotional purposes without further compensation. All decisions of the Sponsor are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means will be void. If a dispute arises regarding the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address used at time of entry.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. Class or collective actions are not permitted. Arbitration will be conducted in English, and hearings will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, unless otherwise required or mutually agreed upon. Sponsor agrees to cover administrative and arbitrator’s fees but not legal or travel costs.
